This guide covers changes to guardrails, actions, thresholds, or lists for an existing Anthale policy.

Before you start

  • Know which workflow or trust boundary this policy protects.
  • Decide which settings need to change before you open the editor.
  • Switch to the correct Organization and identify the policy you plan to update.

Update the policy

1

Find the policy in the dashboard

Open the Policies page and choose the policy you want to update.
2

Review the current configuration

Check the current guardrails, input and output path settings, and returned actions so you know exactly what will change.
3

Update the policy settings

Update the guardrails, actions, thresholds, lists, or other policy settings that need to change.
4

Save the changes

Save the updated policy.

Verify the update

  • Reopen the policy and confirm the edited settings persisted.
  • Confirm the changed guardrails, lists, thresholds, or returned actions now match the intended workflow.
  • Run a normal integration or policy test before you rely on the updated behavior in production.
For review, runtime behavior, or retirement, see View policies, Actions and evaluation flow, or Delete a policy.
